Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the operator and users in relation to the use of ProjectHub (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to the macOS application, website, community, and related ancillary services provided by ProjectHub.
- "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- "Member" refers to a User who has registered for the Service and holds an account.
- "Content" refers to all forms of information, including text, images, files, and other materials created or posted by Users within the Service.
Article 3 (Service Use)
- The Service is provided through a macOS application and a web-based community.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws, these Terms, usage guidelines, and notices posted within the Service.
- Certain features of the Service may only be accessed after completing membership registration.
Article 4 (Registration and Accounts)
- Membership registration may be completed through the Service's own registration process or through social login (e.g., GitHub, Google).
- Users must provide accurate information and may not register using another person's identity or credentials.
- Users are solely responsible for the management of their accounts and may not transfer or lend their accounts to third parties.
- The operator may refuse registration or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
- Providing false information
- Infringing upon the rights of others
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
Article 5 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
- Collecting, storing, or disclosing the personal information of others
- Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
- Using the Service for unlawful or improper purposes
- Posting content that infringes upon copyrights or other intellectual property rights
- Distributing malicious code, spam, advertisements, or similar materials
- Promoting or imposing specific political views or religious beliefs, or inciting political or religious conflict
- Any other activities that violate applicable laws and regulations
Article 6 (Service Provision and Changes)
- The operator may modify, change, or discontinue all or part of the Service in order to improve its quality.
- In the event of changes to or discontinuation of the Service, the operator shall provide advance notice through the website or in-app announcements. However, in cases of urgent necessity, notice may be provided after the fact.
- The operator shall not be obligated to provide any compensation for changes to or discontinuation of services provided free of charge.
Article 7 (Payment and Refund)
- The Service is offered in Free, Standard, and Pro plans. Paid plans may be billed on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Yearly plans are fully refundable within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Monthly plans are non-refundable.
- The Service provides a Free version with no feature restrictions or time limits, allowing Users to fully evaluate the product before making a purchase decision.
- If a subscription is canceled, the User may continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing period.
- All listed prices include value-added tax (VAT).
Article 8 (Intellectual Property)
- All intellectual property rights in the software, designs, logos, text, and other content included in the Service belong to the operator.
- Copyright in content posted by Users within the Service belongs to the respective Users; however, the operator may use such content to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service.
- Users may not commercially exploit information obtained through the Service without the prior consent of the operator.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The operator shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or the suspension of services by telecommunications carriers.
- The operator shall not be liable for any disruptions in service use attributable to the User's own fault or negligence.
- The operator shall not be liable for any failure by the User to achieve expected results or for any losses incurred through the use of the Service.
- The accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of outputs generated by AI-based features are not guaranteed. Users should use such outputs for reference purposes only.
Article 10 (Amendments)
- The operator may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
- If these Terms are amended, the operator shall provide notice through in-service announcements at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. For amendments that are disadvantageous to Users, notice shall be given at least thirty (30) days in advance.
- Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms shall be deemed as acceptance of the amended Terms.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
- In the event of a dispute between the operator and a User arising from the use of the Service, both parties shall endeavor to resolve the dispute through good faith consultation.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
